Today at Falabella Technology, we are looking for an IT Specialist specialized in Microsoft. Responsibilities * Administer and optimize Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive services. * Manage mailboxes, groups, permissions, collaborative sites, and corporate storage. * Implement and administer security policies, information protection, and regulatory compliance. * Administer Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and associated security controls for messaging and collaboration. * Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of Microsoft 365 platforms. * Lead resolution of complex incidents, acting as a Level 3 technical specialist. * Design and implement improvements, integrations, and new capabilities within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. * Automate processes using PowerShell, Power Automate, and digital productivity tools. * Participate in technology adoption initiatives, digital transformation, Copilot, and Power Platform. * Produce technical documentation, operational standards, and business-area recommendations. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 platforms. * Experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. * Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Compliance, and Information Governance. * Experience using PowerShell for automation and administration. * Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI. * Preferred experience in retail, service, or highly operationally complex environments. * Microsoft 365 certifications are desirable. * Technical English (reading and understanding documentation). * Availability to work in hybrid mode (2 days onsite in downtown Santiago). * Availability to participate in shift work and on-call support schemes.
