We are currently looking for a **Financial Planning & Analysis Intern** to join our team at Betterfly. The intern will support the **FP&A** team by contributing to the generation of key financial information for decision-making and participating in analysis and process optimization projects. **What responsibilities can you expect?** * Load, structure, and clean financial and business databases, ensuring data quality and consistency. * Prepare financial and management reports, including P&L, unit economics, and other relevant business metrics. * Support business case analysis through financial modeling, sensitivity analyses, and conclusion development. * Participate in projects aimed at optimizing and standardizing information across different departments and markets. * Collaborate with the Finance team on initiatives for automation and continuous process improvement. **What are we looking for?** * Student pursuing a degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field, eligible to complete a professional internship. * Genuine interest in corporate finance, FP&A, and the technology/startup industry. * Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases. * Interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance analysis and automation. * Analytical, organized, autonomous profile with strong attention to detail. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency, with ability to operate effectively in a regional environment. **Why choose Betterfly?** Because you’ll have the opportunity to work in a continuously growing organization that challenges you daily to become your best self—and one committed to making a positive impact on people’s lives.
