Job Summary: At Nestlé, we are seeking a Digital Analyst to implement and adopt digital tools, train operational teams, and optimize production processes at our Graneros factory. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation of digital solutions to optimize operations. 2. Develop solutions using Power Apps to reduce rework. 3. Generate Power BI reports to support decision-making. **Position Summary – Digital Analyst – Graneros** **Location:** Graneros **Company:** Nestlé **Business Area:** Technical Division – Graneros Plant **Work Schedule:** 100% On-site\-Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs (Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 hrs) **Purpose of the Position** At Nestlé, we are looking for a Digital Analyst to join the Technical Division team at our Graneros Factory. The primary objective will be to support the implementation and adoption of digital tools, guiding operational teams in their use, delivering training, resolving queries, and facilitating the effective integration of these solutions to optimize production processes and strengthen operational autonomy. **A Day in the Life of…** Digital Tool Implementation: Lead the execution and implementation of digital solutions on-site, ensuring their proper integration into daily operations. Development and Automation: Design and develop solutions using Power Apps and other Microsoft suite tools, aimed at reducing rework, eliminating paper-based processes, and optimizing document control. Visual Management and Data Analysis: Generate reporting and management dashboards in Power BI to provide visibility into the plant’s operational performance and support decision-making. Training and Support: Train, upskill, and empower operators and key users, ensuring effective adoption of digital tools. Identify automation opportunities, propose improvements, and contribute to strengthening standardized processes aligned with operational efficiency. Digital-Operations Alignment: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and operations, ensuring clear communication, efficient implementation, and ongoing support during adoption. **What Will Make You Successful** Graduate of technical or professional programs in Information Technology, Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Previous experience of 1–3 years in similar roles within operational environments involving diverse profiles and work rhythms. Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. Advanced proficiency in SAP, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps. Ability to teach, support, and train various types of users. Analytical capability to transform data into actionable insights for decision-making. Intermediate English proficiency.
