We are looking for a **Service Captain** to lead dining room operations during your shift. **Location:** Vitacura **Schedule:** Full-time **Estimated Start Date:** Immediate **Salary:** $1\.000\.000 \- $1\.200\.000 net approx. (including tips) Job Objective Lead and supervise service operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional guest service, team coordination, and compliance with restaurant standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead, organize, and support the waitstaff team during service. * Supervise proper dining room opening and closing procedures. * Ensure adherence to service standards. * Serve tables and directly support operations as needed. * Resolve issues and unexpected situations during service. * Handle cash register, process payments, and assist with closing procedures. * Inspect and coordinate proper dining room preparation before each shift. * Assist with table assignments and reservation coordination. * Supervise dining room orderliness and presentation. * Maintain communication with kitchen, bar, and administration. * Support staff training and mentoring.
