Today, we are supporting Dimerc, a Chilean company dedicated to the **distribution and supply of office, computer, security, cleaning, and cafeteria products** for companies of all sizes in Chile and Peru, which is currently seeking a **Preparation Supervisor for its branch in Lampa, sector La Estera.** **Job Objective:** Ensure the efficient preparation of order notes, supervise and meet the daily production targets set by Operations Management. **Job Functions:** * Monitor staff attendance * Process orders in the system and assign production tasks * Physically control production, conducting on-site supervision across all areas * Monitor the use of PPE and the proper use of work tools * Perform daily inventory checks of tools required for production * Manage any issues that may hinder continuous production **Job Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (12th grade) * Minimum of 1 year of experience in related roles * Advanced Excel skills * Personnel management experience * Ability to work with both men and women * Prior experience in production areas **Working Hours:** * Monday - Thursday 09:00-18:45, Friday 09:00-17:45. 45 minutes for lunch break.
