Today, our Falabella Los Dominicos store is incomplete, and we are looking for our next Customer Advisor! Your responsibilities will include: * Deliver a memorable shopping experience to customers at all times inside the store. * Greet and guide customers, welcoming them and clarifying their questions to provide an exceptional in-store experience. * Assist customers in finding products upon request. * Continuously organize and restock products arriving on the sales floor. * Sell intangible products (Extended warranties, Plans, etc.). * Inform supervisors about high-turnover products to prevent stockouts. * Transport damaged products to the warehouse, documenting them accordingly. * Drive sales in the assigned area by promoting initiatives and strategies aimed at increasing sales. Applying is simple—just follow these steps: * Hold a completed High School Diploma * Prior experience in Customer Service * If foreign, possess Permanent Residence, Valid Temporary Residence, or Temporary Residence with a Certificate of Support for Definitive Visa Processing. * Prior experience handling cash registers and sales is desirable * Bonus points for your application if you have experience in Retail and similar roles (Cashier, Purchasing Advisor, Salesperson, etc.) * You consider yourself highly customer-oriented, capable of delivering excellent service and a memorable shopping experience.
