Responsibilities * Operate barista machine * Resolve problems and customer complaints * Perform daily cleaning and terminal sanitation of work area * Ensure compliance with routines and tasks assigned by supervisors * Follow company hygiene and safety regulations * Comply with internal quality processes and recordkeeping * Conduct inventory checks * Restock products * Maintain café area clean and organized Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, operating barista machines, and food handling. * Basic knowledge of food handling in collective feeding. * Ability to work in a team and dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts 6x1.
