If you are passionate about **operational excellence** and have experience in **customer service and table service**, this is your opportunity! **Job Description** You will be responsible for carrying out guest service activities and delivering table and special services, ensuring completion of assigned tasks in accordance with customer service protocols, customer satisfaction standards, and quality and safety policies defined by the company. **About Us** We are a leading French global company specializing in quality-of-life services. Our goal is to generate a positive impact on society and contribute to the well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities where we operate. **Responsibilities** * Implement public service protocols (courtesy and order-taking from tourists) * Ensure compliance with specific preparations prior to service delivery, such as table setting, preparation of sideboards, and availability of basic supplies (bread, tableware, etc.) * Perform cleaning tasks (tables, chairs, floors, support counters, and other related items) **Requirements** * Residence in Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales. * Prior experience in hospitality and/or restaurants (ideal but not mandatory). * Availability to work a 7x7 schedule. * Basic English proficiency and/or willingness to translate interactions with tourists. * Service-oriented attitude and customer focus in every interaction. * Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to collaborate with kitchen, pantry, and cashier teams. **Benefits** Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company.‍ Friendly and collaborative work environment.
