Job Description We are seeking a **Lead UX Designer** to lead user experience projects, coordinate creative teams, and ensure the quality of digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in user research, interface design, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities * **User Research**: Conduct usability studies and behavioral analysis. * **Interface Design**: Create modern and functional digital experiences. * **Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. * **Team Management**: Coordinate designers and collaborate with developers and product managers. * **Design Systems**: Implement and maintain style guides and scalable components. * **Innovation**: Introduce emerging trends and technologies in digital design. * **Client Presentations**: Communicate design concepts and solutions clearly and persuasively. Requirements * Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Interaction, Computer Science, or related field. * 5–7 years of UX/UI experience, including at least 2 years in leadership roles. * Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision. * Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. * Experience creating and managing design systems. * Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (spoken and written).
