Job Description We are seeking a **Transportation Technical Documentation Editor** to develop, review, and maintain manuals, procedures, and technical reports related to logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing, knowledge of transportation regulations, and document organization skills. Key Responsibilities * **Technical writing**: Develop transportation manuals, instructions, and procedures. * **Document review**: Verify accuracy and regulatory compliance in technical documents. * **Regulatory management**: Ensure alignment with national and international transportation regulations. * **Process optimization**: Propose improvements in document management and information flows. * **Internal training**: Support team training through clear and up-to-date documentation. * **Digital management**: Administer digital documentation platforms and ERP systems. Requirements * Degree in Transportation Engineering, Logistics, Technical Communication, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical documentation writing and editing. * Knowledge of international transportation and logistics regulations. * Proficiency in ERP systems and document management platforms. * Intermediate-to-advanced English; additional languages are a plus. * Strong technical writing, organizational, and effective communication skills.
