Job Description
We are seeking a **Tourism Operations Manager** to lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of tourism activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, optimizing processes, and strengthening relationships with suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* **Tourism program management**: Design and coordinate itineraries and experiences.
* **Operations supervision**: Ensure quality and safety in tourism services.
* **Supplier relations**: Negotiate agreements with hotels, restaurants, and local operators.
* **Customer service**: Resolve incidents and ensure satisfactory experiences.
* **Process optimization**: Implement improvements in logistics and operational efficiency.
* **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with tourism and environmental regulations.
* **Executive reporting**: Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
* Degree in Tourism Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Commercial Engineering, or related field.
* 5–7 years of experience in tourism operations management.
* Knowledge of logistics, itinerary planning, and sector-specific regulations.
* Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in sustainable tourism is highly valued.
* Advanced English proficiency; knowledge of an additional language is desirable.
