We seek a professional experienced in leading Intellectual Property strategy, managing and protecting intellectual assets, supporting technology transfer, and advising on related legal matters. Key responsibilities: \- Lead the institutional Intellectual Property strategy. \- Manage Intellectual Property assets. \- Advise on Intellectual Property, contracts, and technology transfer. \- Support technology transfer processes and advise researchers. \- Liaise with external agencies and specialized law firms. \- Promote innovation initiatives. Requirements: \- Law degree (preferred) or related field with specialization in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer. \- Master’s degree, postgraduate diploma, or certificate in related areas is desirable. \- Knowledge of national and international regulations on Intellectual Property, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and technology transfer. \- Familiarity with R\+D agreements, licensing, confidentiality, and technology transfer contracts. \- Proficiency in patentability assessment and Intellectual Property portfolio management. \- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. \- Minimum 8 years of experience in Intellectual Property and technology transfer. \- Minimum 4 years leading Intellectual Property teams or portfolios.
