The SRM Specialist will lead revenue management for Chile. They will be responsible for generating analyses and recommendations to maximize the company's revenue, supporting the execution of pricing, promotional, and channel mix strategies. They will work closely with sales, marketing, Customer Marketing, and finance teams to ensure data-driven decisions and efficient management of commercial investments. This is a hybrid 3x2 role, based at our offices in Santiago, Chile. In this role, you will work on... * Designing and executing the promotional plan jointly with the commercial team. * Conducting pre- and post-promotional activity analyses. * Generating pricing recommendations based on data analysis. * Monitoring key KPIs: pricing, promotions, mix, and profitability. * Analyzing promotional and price elasticities. * Identifying opportunities to optimize commercial investments. * Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to act effectively in dynamic environments. What are we looking for in you? * Advanced student or graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * 4 years of experience in Sales Finance, Revenue Management, Pricing, or similar roles. * Required knowledge of Statistics and Mathematics: elasticity indices, basic operators (variation, %, average, weighted average, etc.). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Intermediate English required; will be tested during the process.
