Job Summary: The Shift Foreman coordinates, supervises, and ensures the proper execution of production processes, guaranteeing compliance with policies and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of teams in production processes. 2. Ensuring quality and compliance with production specifications. 3. Management of human and material resources with a focus on KPIs. Job Summary Supervise employees using machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. The Shift Foreman is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the proper execution of site production processes, guaranteeing compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of the Integrated Management System (Quality, Safety, and Environment). This role directly contributes to operational continuity, efficient use of resources, and achievement of departmental goals. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the shift team, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and area objectives. * Execute and control production according to plan, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. * Manage human and material resources using objective tools and KPI tracking. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, SHE, and other departments to ensure continuity and continuous improvement. * Record operations and manage information using SAP, TRAKSYS, and other digital systems. Requirements * Degree in Food Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 3 years in similar roles, preferably in the food industry. * Demonstrable experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of HACCP and GMP (mandatory); BRC, ISO 9001, OHSAS, and ISO 14001 are desirable. * Intermediate-level Excel and Word; SAP knowledge is desirable. * Basic English (reading ability).
