Unissula Health \& Wellness is seeking a **Senior Pharmaceutical Operations Manager** to lead and optimize operations related to pharmaceutical products and services. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, suppliers, and processes, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with applicable procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations related to pharmaceutical products.
* Supervise operations, procurement, logistics, and support teams.
* Coordinate purchasing, inventory management, storage, and distribution.
* Monitor stock levels, demand, expiration dates, and availability.
* Manage suppliers, logistics operators, and strategic partners.
* Oversee costs, budgets, and key operational KPIs.
* Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Commercial departments.
* Support demand planning and procurement processes.
* Manage incidents, deviations, and operational contingencies.
* Prepare performance reports for management.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
* Promote compliance with applicable quality, safety, and good practice procedures.
Requirements
* Professional degree in Pharmacy and Chemistry, Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or a related field.
* Solid experience in pharmaceutical operations, healthcare, supply chain, or regulated industries.
* Experience leading teams and coordinating suppliers.
* Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, distribution, and cost control.
* Familiarity with good practices for pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
* Ability to analyze KPIs, processes, and operational data.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
* Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.

Salary: $943\.234 \- $1\.934\.532 per month
