Design, implement, and operate Machine Learning solutions in production, primarily focusing on developing the ML framework, standardizing practices, and enabling enterprise-scale MLOps. Responsibilities: Actively contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of the group's Machine Learning Framework. Define, implement, and promote MLOps standards, best practices, and reusable patterns. Take Machine Learning models from exploration (notebooks) to end-to-end production. Industrialize Data Science prototypes, transforming them into production-grade, tested, and maintainable code. Design and maintain model training, validation, and serving pipelines. Implement MLOps practices: versioning, monitoring, automation, retraining, and CI/CD. Ensure quality, scalability, observability, and cost control of ML solutions. Collaborate with Data Scientists and business teams to enable production-ready models under common standards. Document and disseminate ML Engineering best practices across the group. Desired Qualifications: Experience with Docker and deploying models as services. Experience working with internal platforms, libraries, or frameworks. Experience handling large-scale data and models. Experience with recommendation, segmentation, propensity, or forecasting models. What profile are we looking for? Technical profile with strong emphasis on engineering and standardization.
