The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, coordinating solutions with technical teams, and supporting initiatives that enhance the company’s efficiency and operations. Main Responsibilities * Analyze processes and systems used across various business areas. * Gather, document, and prioritize requirements. * Translate business needs into functional solutions. * Coordinate with technology, product, and operations teams. * Participate in system implementation, integration, and improvement projects. * Review workflows and identify automation opportunities. * Support functional testing, validations, and go-live activities. * Maintain documentation of processes, requirements, and systems. * Monitor incidents and coordinate their resolution. * Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management. * Analyze KPIs and outcomes of technology initiatives. * Promote continuous improvement in processes and tools. Requirements * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Solid experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst. * Experience working with both business and technology teams. * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and management. * Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools is desirable. * Experience with ERP, CRM, APIs, or enterprise systems. * Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools. * Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies. * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
