What will be your mission? Lead, manage, and implement strategic projects for the Automotive Division, ensuring proper coordination among internal departments, suppliers, and technology teams—with a focus on process optimization, customer experience improvement, and business value generation. Key Responsibilities * Lead improvement, digital transformation, and process optimization projects for the Automotive Division. * Gather requirements and needs in collaboration with Marketing, Logistics, and other business units. * Coordinate project development and implementation with IT teams and external vendors. * Monitor each project phase to ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and objectives. * Drive continuous improvements in digital platforms and customer experience, including website optimizations and technological tools. * Analyze digital metrics, KPIs, and commercial results to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in initiatives related to automation, user experience, and operational efficiency. * Manage testing, validation, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure project success. * Administer budgets and control costs associated with initiatives under your responsibility. * Serve as the liaison point between various business areas and technology vendors.
