At Falabella Logistics, we are looking for a Project Manager.
What is the mission of this role?
Design, plan, evaluate, and implement logistics-facing projects, maximizing benefits while safeguarding their objectives and scope.
A Project Manager for the Innovation Management team is responsible for implementing disruptive and continuous improvement projects that will enhance logistics efficiency for Falabella Retail — one of the company’s most critical pillars.
The challenge lies in staying at the forefront of best practices in logistics, deeply understanding operations, and effectively managing change and adoption of new operational workflows, automations, and/or systems.
We are an excellence-driven team, operating agilely and collaborating closely with multiple teams to deliver results. We continuously implement projects that optimize processes, reduce logistics costs, increase productivity, improve on-time delivery performance, and enhance our delivery offerings.
Therefore, a Project Manager is expected to:
* Lead assigned projects while maintaining an end-to-end view of workflows
* Coordinate with multiple teams and present project status updates to various managers
* Define and ensure success metrics for initiatives
* Identify essential resources required for project success
* Align managers and diverse teams toward shared objectives
* Identify and mitigate risks that may pose obstacles
* Oversee comprehensive project planning
* Communicate initiative status to stakeholders

**Candidate Requirements**
--------------------------
* Residency in Santiago or surrounding areas, with availability for field work
* Industrial Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineer, or related degree
* 2–4 years of experience (at least 1 year in logistics preferred)
* Experience managing projects
* Intermediate SQL proficiency
* Knowledge of Lean tools
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
* Advanced proficiency in project management tools (preferred)
* Jira-Confluence experience (preferred)
* Intermediate English (preferred)
