Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to design, plan, evaluate, and implement disruptive and continuous improvement logistics projects, optimizing processes and enhancing Falabella Retail’s logistics efficiency. Design, plan, evaluate, and implement logistics-facing projects, maximizing benefits while safeguarding their objectives and scope. A Project Manager for the Innovation Management team is responsible for implementing disruptive and continuous improvement projects that will enhance logistics efficiency for Falabella Retail — one of the company’s most critical pillars. The challenge lies in staying at the forefront of best practices in logistics, deeply understanding operations, and effectively managing change and adoption of new operational workflows, automations, and/or systems. We are an excellence-driven team, operating agilely and collaborating closely with multiple teams to deliver results. We continuously implement projects that optimize processes, reduce logistics costs, increase productivity, improve on-time delivery performance, and enhance our delivery offerings.
