Job Summary: Coordinate human, physical, and financial resources to supply power, maintain customer relationships, and ensure compliance with maintenance programs and equipment availability. From world-class events lasting a few weeks, to mining operations and remote communities relying on us for decades **What You’ll Do as a Supervisor:** * Coordinate the power plant’s human, physical, and financial resources to supply power to the customer according to the agreed contract. * Build and maintain excellent customer relationships by proposing and implementing loyalty initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Implement and ensure compliance with the **Vehicle Fleet Maintenance Program**. * Implement and ensure compliance with the **Building Maintenance Program**, where applicable. * Ensure the availability of work tools at the site. * Be responsible for managing the complete site/zone inventory (vehicle fleet spare parts, consumables, cables, etc.). * Ensure the availability, performance, and quality of Aggreko equipment. * Ensure the provision of necessary goods and services on-site to operate and fulfill the customer contract, within the framework of the current procurement policy, among others. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience as an electrical or mechanical maintenance supervisor, directly managing over 10 people and performing maintenance tasks. Experience in resource planning and optimization.
