Coordination with international agents for shipment handling **Job Description:** Operations and Lean Performance Analyst We are currently seeking an Operations and Lean Performance Analyst to join our team in Santiago, Región Metropolitana, Chile. Within our Commercial, Sales, and Business department, we seek a professional who will begin applying their knowledge to coordinate all operations related to export and import shipments. The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying and coordinating information received from the commercial department, as well as requesting and verifying necessary documentation from customers. Additionally, they must coordinate shipping instructions with customers, respond to inquiries via telephone and/or email, and coordinate customer support services at origin and destination as required. Furthermore, the Operations and Lean Performance Analyst must coordinate with agents worldwide for shipment handling, prepare pre\-shipment and final shipment documentation, and issue the required bills of lading.
