Experience with SCADA, PLC, HMI, and industrial networks Job Description We are seeking an **Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist for Mining** to protect OT/ICS systems, industrial networks, and critical assets within mining operations, manage cybersecurity risks, and ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities * Implement and maintain **OT/ICS cybersecurity controls** at mining plants and operations. * Monitor industrial networks, SCADA systems, PLCs, servers, and critical assets. * Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks in industrial environments. * Manage cybersecurity incidents and coordinate response actions. * Implement segmentation, access control, authentication, and monitoring controls for OT networks. * Conduct risk assessments and security reviews of industrial systems. * Maintain inventories and documentation of technological and control assets. * Coordinate with IT, Automation, Instrumentation, Operations, and vendors. * Support audits, security testing, and operational continuity plans. * Promote compliance with **industrial cybersecurity standards and best practices**. Requirements * Professional degree in **Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Automation, Electronics**, or a related field. * Experience with **SCADA, PLC, HMI, industrial networks, and control systems**. * Knowledge of **firewalls, network segmentation, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management**. * Desired experience with **SIEM, EDR/XDR, and network monitoring tools**. * Familiarity with standards **IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001**, and OT best practices. * Desired experience in **mining, industrial plants, or critical infrastructure**. * Technical English proficiency is desirable. * Availability to work on-site (**faena**) as required by the position. * Analytical capability, incident resolution skills, multidisciplinary teamwork, and focus on operational continuity.
