Today, we are committed to fostering a workplace where innovation, collaboration, and professional growth are daily realities in support of our country’s development. **What will you do in this role?:** The Foreign Trade Executive will be responsible for capturing and generating new business opportunities, as well as managing after-sales processes for clients within the assigned segment, maintaining close relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions. In addition, operations and their respective processes will be monitored with the objective of fostering customer loyalty. **Your main challenges will be:** Acquire new clients together with Account Executives through portfolio analysis, direct contact, and commercial activities to increase the assigned portfolio. Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions, meeting quality standards and deadlines. Offer differentiated products and services according to the Bank’s guidelines, adding value to foster loyalty and generate new business. Manage and request documentation, monitoring operations until final delivery of the product or service. Stay updated on Management strategies and market developments to advise clients and increase placements. Prioritize commercial activities weekly and keep clients informed about the Bank’s products and services. Report financial indicators and serve as liaison with Treasury Desks when required. Train and support Account Executives on COMEX products, contributing to achieving placement and commission targets. Requirements **To succeed in this position, you need:** **To succeed in this position, you need:** Graduates of undergraduate professional programs such as International Trade Engineering, Business Engineering, International Business Engineering, or related fields. 5 years of experience in foreign trade as a COMEX Executive.
