Participation in innovation projects and professional growth Job Description Webbex Digital Solutions Chile is seeking a **Digital Solutions Project Manager** to lead digital transformation and digital solutions projects for clients and internal teams. The individual will be responsible for coordinating scope, timelines, budget, teams, and vendors, ensuring high-quality deliveries aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities * Lead digital solutions and digital transformation projects from initiation to closure. * Define scope, objectives, schedule, budget, and deliverables. * Coordinate technology, product, design, operations, and vendor teams. * Manage stakeholder and client requirements and expectations. * Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and scope changes. * Coordinate testing, implementation, and deployment of solutions. * Manage technology vendors and partners. * Monitor KPIs, costs, timelines, and project quality. * Prepare executive reports and presentations for management. * Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement. * Promote Agile methodologies and best practices in project management. Requirements * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or related field. * Solid experience in digital or technological project management. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of digital transformation, web platforms, software, or enterprise solutions. * Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies. * Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or other project management tools. * Strong Excel and reporting tool skills. * Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. * PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
