The primary objective of this role is to **ensure** the proper management and safeguarding of materials and products by efficiently overseeing receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. **Main Responsibilities Include:** * Supervise and coordinate material receiving, storage, and dispatch operations, ensuring accuracy and traceability of information recorded in systems. * Control inventory through cycle counts and variance analysis, maintaining updated and reliable stock levels. * Organize the physical layout of materials in the warehouse, applying coded location criteria, orderliness, and compliance with safety and stacking standards. * Ensure adherence to safety procedures, equipment usage guidelines, and hazardous material handling protocols, safeguarding personnel working conditions. * Record and validate movements, losses, and returns in the ERP system, generating control and logistics management tracking reports. * Coordinate with internal departments and external clients for timely material delivery, ensuring appropriate documentation and labeling. * Lead the warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring goal achievement, and promoting continuous operational process improvement. * Propose initiatives aimed at optimizing logistics flows, reducing costs, and strengthening internal service efficiency. **Ideal Profile:** * Academic Qualification: Technical Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Required Experience: 2\-4 years in logistics, preferably in warehousing environments. * Experience in supervisory or warehouse management roles. * Class D Driver's License. * Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
