We seek a methodical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused individual who wishes to contribute to meeting regulatory and food safety standards for our products, ensuring the proper development, updating, and dissemination of technical specifications and commercial datasheets for Empresas Ariztía. Position Objective To develop and maintain up-to-date technical specifications for all active products and commercial datasheets for the domestic market, ensuring correct document management and dissemination to various departments within the company, in order to meet established regulatory, legal, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop technical specifications for chicken, turkey, cured meats, and frozen processed products destined for the domestic and export markets. Prepare commercial datasheets for products intended for the domestic market. Maintain updated technical documentation on the corresponding corporate platforms. Upload and manage technical specifications and commercial datasheets in SharePoint, assign metadata properties, and ensure appropriate document management. Coordinate the dissemination of technical information to departments such as Quality, Product Development, Production, Logistics, Warehouses, and Commercial. Comply with corporate standards related to food quality and safety, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, energy and water efficiency, and biosecurity. General Information **Location:** Melipilla **Work Schedule:** 42 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract, followed by indefinite term. Minimum 1 year of experience in food industry companies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
