About the Role
At **Chaitry Business Services and Commercial Operations**, we are looking to hire an **Inventory Supervisor** to lead and control processes associated with receiving, storage, counting, movements, and inventory accuracy.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the inventory team, coordinating cyclic and physical counts, investigating stock discrepancies, and ensuring accurate product and movement traceability within operations.
This role will work closely with Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, Commercial, and Administration, ensuring that system data accurately reflects physical inventory.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily activities of the inventory team.
* Coordinate cyclic counts.
* Plan physical inventories.
* Verify stock record accuracy.
* Review incoming and outgoing movements.
* Supervise transfers between locations.
* Control inventory adjustments.
* Investigate stock discrepancies.
* Analyze causes of variances.
* Implement corrective actions.
* Maintain product traceability.
* Supervise receiving and storage from an inventory perspective.
* Coordinate information with Warehouse and Logistics.
* Review products with irregular movements.
* Monitor slow-moving inventory.
* Identify obsolete products.
* Control damaged or blocked inventory.
* Supervise return processes.
* Maintain correctly configured storage locations.
* Verify compliance with internal procedures.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Monitor inventory accuracy KPIs.
* Analyze stock turnover.
* Review coverage levels.
* Identify risks of stockouts or overstock.
* Coordinate reconciliations between physical inventory and systems.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Maintain up-to-date inventory documentation.
* Train and guide the team.

What We Are Looking For
**Experience:** 4–7 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas, including experience coordinating teams or processes.
**Education:** Technical or university degree in Logistics, Logistics Engineering, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
**Inventory:** Solid experience in stock control, cyclic counts, adjustments, and reconciliations.
**Supervision:** Experience coordinating operational teams.
**ERP/WMS:** Proficiency in inventory management systems, ERP, or WMS.
**Excel:** Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
**Analysis:** Ability to investigate discrepancies and determine root causes.
**Organization:** Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Softland, or other ERP systems.
* WMS system proficiency.
* Experience with radio-frequency and barcode technology.
* Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO.
* Power BI proficiency.
* Experience conducting large-scale inventories.
* Knowledge of logistics and distribution.
* Experience in distribution centers.
* Familiarity with KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock variance, and shrinkage.
* Knowledge of ABC analysis.
* Experience managing obsolescence control.
* Knowledge of Lean Management.
* Experience in inventory audits.
* Proficiency with continuous improvement tools.
* Class B driver’s license.
Salary: $1\.800\.000 \- $3\.600\.000 per month
