We are looking for a candidate with experience leading operational teams, orientation toward order and control, and the ability to ensure continuity and efficiency of warehouse logistics processes. The main challenge will be supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper flow of receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of products, while safeguarding operational continuity, compliance with standards, and efficient management of the assigned team. Key responsibilities include leading and supervising the warehouse operational team, coordinating receiving, storage, and dispatch processes, ensuring order, control, and accuracy of inventories, supervising compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations, monitoring adherence to timelines and operational continuity, coordinating logistics requirements with internal departments, ensuring proper use of tools, equipment, and infrastructure, and supporting operational improvements alongside area performance indicator management.
