We are looking for an R&D Engineer to plan, direct, and control the technical and administrative activities of the development laboratory, providing support for new products and alternative raw materials. The position will play a key role in process optimization, quality assurance, and compliance with internal and external regulations. **Responsibilities and Functions:** Develop and validate new raw materials and products. Conduct laboratory tests and record technical results. Ensure compliance with quality standards and ISO regulations. Support the proper functioning of internal plant processes. Manage risks and support compliance policy implementation. Actively participate in occupational health, safety, and environmental initiatives. Maintain budget control and monitoring for the department.
