Participation in multidisciplinary meetings and reporting Esimtel, a service company with 30 years of experience in telecommunications projects, is seeking a Project Engineer for one of our clients. **Job Mission:** Coordinate and monitor technical projects, ensuring proper implementation, equipment installation, integrations, and technological improvements. The objective is to guarantee operational continuity and resource optimization in accordance with the client’s defined quality standards and deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise external plant projects and network relocations. * Monitor the allocated budget, ensuring efficiency and process documentation. * Oversee project assignment to contractors and supervisors. * Resolve internal and external infrastructure issues related to construction. * Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and reporting for management and corporate stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Professional or technician in Telecommunications, Engineering, or Administration. * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, fixed or mobile network projects. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, budget control). * Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, SAP, ORACLE, GIS, GANTT, or other project management platforms. * Residence in the Metropolitan Region (mandatory). * Availability for 100% on-site work. **Job Conditions:** * **Net salary:** $1\.300\.000 * **Work modality:** 100% on-site * **Working hours:** 42 hours per week * **Contract type:** Fixed-term contract of 2 months, renewable, then indefinite based on performance.
