Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Planner to develop expertise in commercial planning, providing analytical insights and strategic perspective to support business decision-making. Today, we are looking for a **Junior Planner** eager to grow within the field of commercial planning—contributing analysis, information, and strategic insight to support business decision-making. This role will play a key part in supporting the analysis of sales, inventory, and margins, as well as monitoring KPIs and facilitating coordination across different company departments. **What will be your purpose in this role?** Support **commercial planning and business analysis** processes by gathering and analyzing critical data (sales, inventories, margins, and promotions) to contribute to report generation, KPI tracking, and coordination between commercial and operational teams. **Main job challenges** * Analyze historical and current sales data and trends. * Identify gaps between planned versus actual objectives, issue relevant alerts, and propose actions to improve KPIs. * Prepare key reports and indicators for local and corporate decision-making. * Monitor achievement of seasonal milestones, product coverage, stock flows, and product arrivals. * Forecast sales and inventory scenarios based on business contingencies. * Develop seasonal purchase planning (OTB) to meet company objectives. **If you are passionate about analyzing data, understanding how the business operates, and wish to grow your career in planning within a creative and dynamic company, we invite you to apply and join Casaideas.** *"This job posting is open to persons with disabilities under Law 21\.015; at Casaideas, we believe in inclusive workplaces where individual differences are respected, valued, and accommodated."* ### **Desired Profile** * **Education** + Commercial Engineering + Industrial Civil Engineering + Or related degree. **Knowledge** + Advanced Excel proficiency. + Basic knowledge of **Power BI** (desirable). + ERP (SAP or other) experience is a plus. + Intermediate Office skills.**Experience** + **1 to 2 years’ experience** in analysis or planning roles. + Retail or mass-consumption industry experience preferred (in retail). Experience from 1 year Minimum Education: University degree Graduate Civil Engineering Commercial Engineering Strong Analytical Ability
