Generate data-driven insights to support Management’s strategic decisions. Requirements Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Management Control, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in management control, data analysis, or similar roles. Advanced Excel, Power BI (desirable), and database handling skills. Knowledge of financial analysis and operational KPIs. ERP knowledge desirable (SAP, Softland, or other).
