We are leaders in private passenger transportation with nationwide presence, and we are looking to incorporate a Management Control Engineer into our team for our operations in Santiago. Job Objective To provide analytical support to the Business Unit’s Management, facilitating strategic decision-making and efficient resource management through collection, structuring, and analysis of operational and financial information, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities. Main Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and present the unit’s operational and financial information, delivering clear visibility for decision-making. Identify deviations in KPIs and financial results, proposing corrective actions jointly with the team. Monitor the unit’s performance through available management reports. Track action plans and improvement projects defined by the unit. Collaborate with the continuous improvement team on process optimization initiatives. Support budget planning and control through cost and profitability analysis. Coordinate with corporate management control areas to ensure alignment of reporting requirements. Generate data-driven insights to support Management’s strategic decisions. Requirements Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Management Control, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in management control, data analysis, or similar roles. Advanced Excel, Power BI (desirable), and database handling skills. Knowledge of financial analysis and operational KPIs. ERP knowledge desirable (SAP, Softland, or other). Basic knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Road Safety). Conditions and Benefits Administrative working hours.
