We are currently seeking a **Logistics and Procurement Studies Engineer** to join our team in Curauma. We seek a candidate with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence, interested in professional growth within a dynamic electrical sector environment. ***What will be your challenge?*** Analyze, design, and implement studies and proposals aimed at optimizing logistics, procurement, and supply chain management processes. Gather relevant information, model scenarios and improvement plans, thereby actively contributing to strategic decision-making that positively impacts costs, operational timelines, and service levels. ***Your main responsibilities will include:*** * Support analysis of logistics and procurement processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost improvement. * Prepare reports, performance indicators, and management dashboards to support decision-making. * Participate in demand forecasting studies, inventory planning, and capacity analysis. * Collaborate in supplier evaluations and analyses related to procurement and purchasing processes. * Support the development and updating of logistics and procurement policies, procedures, and processes. * Conduct comparative analyses (benchmarking) and research industry best practices. * Participate in continuous improvement projects, proposing initiatives to optimize logistics processes. * Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Finance departments to gather information and support study development. * Provide technical support to various company departments on matters related to logistics and procurement. **What do we expect from you?** * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language knowledge (desirable). * Valid Class B driver’s license (desirable). ***What will your day-to-day role look like?*** * You will work collaboratively with logistics, transportation, and Technical Operations departments. * You will report directly to the Stock Planning Unit Manager. ***Our commitment to you*** We promote a safe, collaborative, and continuously improving work environment.
