We are seeking a **Laboratory Analyst** to join our **NPR Plant**, located in Renca. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform release controls through physicochemical analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Monitor production line parameters, verifying Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Operational Prerequisites (OPRPs). * Perform microbiological techniques (inoculation, plate reading, culture media preparation, and autoclave operation). * Investigate deviations and consumer complaints, coordinating corrective actions with Production and Packaging departments. * Timely report analysis results and findings to production departments. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, TPM, and laboratory process standardization. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of prior work experience. * Experience in physicochemical analysis and laboratory equipment handling. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP. * Availability to work rotating 24/7 shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
