We are now looking for a **Junior Planner** eager to grow in the field of commercial planning, contributing analytical insights, data-driven information, and strategic perspectives to support business decision-making. This role will play a key part in supporting sales, inventory, and margin analysis, as well as KPI tracking and coordination across various company departments. **What will be your purpose in this role?** Support **commercial planning and business analysis processes**, collecting and analyzing critical data (sales, inventories, margins, and promotions) to contribute to reporting, KPI monitoring, and coordination between commercial and operational teams. **Main job challenges** * Analyze historical and current sales data and trends. * Identify gaps between planned and actual targets, issue relevant alerts, and propose corrective actions to improve KPIs. * Prepare key reports and dashboards to support local and corporate decision-making. * Monitor achievement of seasonal milestones, product coverage, stock flow, and product arrivals. * Forecast sales and inventory scenarios based on business contingencies. * Develop seasonal purchase plans (OTB) to meet company objectives. **If you are passionate about data analysis, understanding business dynamics, and growing your career in planning within a creative and dynamic company, we invite you to apply and join Casaideas.** *"This job posting is open to persons with disabilities under Law 21\.015; at Casaideas, we believe in inclusive workplaces where individual differences are respected, valued, and accommodated."* ### **Desired Profile** * **Education** + Commercial Engineering + Industrial Civil Engineering + Or related degree. **Knowledge** + Advanced Excel proficiency. + Basic knowledge of **Power BI** (preferred). + ERP experience (SAP or similar) is a plus. + Intermediate Office skills.**Experience** + **1–2 years of experience** in analytical or planning roles. + Retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) experience preferred.
