Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented **Real Estate Development Assistant** to support real estate development, projects, administrative tasks, and project coordination in Puente Alto. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, technical school graduates, individuals seeking their first job, or candidates with limited work experience who are interested in real estate, real estate development, construction, project coordination, architecture, administration, or commercial operations. As a Real Estate Development Assistant, you will help maintain project development documentation, update schedules and tracking systems, organize property information, support contractor and supplier coordination, maintain administrative records, and assist with routine project- and construction-related activities. You will work with real estate development, project, construction, architecture, commercial, finance, administration, and operations teams. Prior experience in real estate development is not required.
What You’ll Do
Support daily real estate development and project activities.
Assist in routine project administration.
Help maintain real estate development schedules.
Update project task and milestone tracking.
Monitor deadlines and routine actions.
Help maintain development project records.
Organize digital and physical project files.
Support document control activities.
Maintain accurate property information.
Help organize property and site documentation.
Assist with project information collection.
Maintain records of drawings, specifications, reports, and other project documents.
Help distribute approved project documentation.
Assist with document version control.
Support routine tracking of permits and approvals.
Maintain records of submitted and pending documentation.
Follow up on routine administrative requirements.
Assist with contractor and supplier records.
Help coordinate routine communication with contractors and suppliers.
Maintain project contact information.
Assist with quotation and proposal records.
Help organize purchase requests and supporting documentation.
Support invoice and expense documentation.
Assist with basic project cost tracking.
Help maintain approved budget information.
Support routine procurement coordination.
Assist with material and delivery records as applicable.
Help coordinate routine site visits and meetings.
Maintain meeting schedules and calendars.
Prepare basic meeting materials.
Record meeting minutes and action items.
Follow up on assigned project actions.
Support basic construction progress documentation.
Help maintain photographs and progress records.
Support preparation of routine project status reports.
Support basic property and market research.
Help collect information on comparable developments when needed.
Maintain spreadsheets and project tracking systems.
Support basic data analysis.
Help prepare development presentations and summaries.
Support coordination among project, construction, commercial, finance, architecture, and administration teams.
Support project handover and close-out documentation as applicable.
Help maintain defect or outstanding item records.
Support routine property inspection documentation.
Assist with commercial or client documentation when authorized.
Follow established procedures for projects, properties, and information handling.
Protect confidential business, client, property, and project information.
Participate in training on real estate development and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
Completed secondary education or equivalent.
Interest in real estate development, real estate, construction, projects, or commercial operations.
Strong organizational skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Basic arithmetic knowledge.
