At Falabella, we are looking for an E-commerce Financial Control Project Manager for our Finance Management team! What is the role’s mission? To lead cross-functional initiatives that contribute to optimizing e-commerce business processes and financial control, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and achieving strategic objectives. Responsibilities: * Analyze, review, and optimize e-commerce operational workflows, ensuring their proper functioning and alignment with all involved departments. * Act as the focal point for logistics processes, identifying improvement opportunities and driving operational efficiencies. * Monitor and control the budget associated with the 3P business P\&L, proposing initiatives that support achievement of financial goals. * Prepare and support the development of reports, analyses, and executive summaries for area management and strategic decision-making. * Provide analytical and operational support to various business areas, facilitating information management and resolution of contingencies or requests. * Lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and tracking defined commitments and outcomes. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in management control and finance. * Advanced data handling skills and knowledge of SQL. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Experience in retail and e-commerce is desirable.
