A leading company is seeking a Delivery Manager to join a 1-year project, with possible extension based on operational needs and performance. Work Location: Talca Gross Monthly Salary: $650\.000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hours. Availability to work on Saturdays (08:00–14:00 hours) in exceptional cases. Main Responsibilities\- Receive customer orders daily.\- Create product deliveries in SAP according to the quantity purchased by the customer and the load assigned to distributor trucks.\- Issue and send Electronic Dispatch Guides (DTE) based on deliveries created in SAP.\- Maintain records and control of manual dispatch guides, reporting promptly to the relevant party.\- Inform customers of non-conformities reported by ERSA regarding administrative and/or operational situations that hinder process continuity.\- Meet established management indicators (KPIs) for the position. Requirements\- Technical degree in Business Administration or related field.\- Basic Excel proficiency.\- Experience using Electronic Tax Document (DTE) tools or applications.\- SAP ERP experience (SD module), or experience with similar ERP systems.\- Preferred experience in administrative, logistics, or dispatch coordination processes.
