At **Credicorp Capital** we are looking for Exceptional Talent to fill the position of **Corporate Segment Associate.** **Mission**: Your main objective is the acquisition and optimal management of corporate clients within the treasury products distribution business (derivatives, currencies, and investment instruments), driving portfolio growth, cross-selling, and profitability of client companies. **Responsibilities:** * Acquire corporate clients with potential for the segment. * Manage and maintain close relationships with your client portfolio. * Must have strong commercial relationships with large companies and thorough knowledge of money market products, risks, and the financial market. * Must import best practices from the region where Credicorp Capital operates, as well as from other competitors. * Maintain commercial relationships with major corporate clients, cross-selling, increasing profitability, and growing the client portfolio. * Advise clients with market information and manage high-value, profitable transactions. * Support the development and growth of the business with new clients and by collaborating with other organizational areas. * Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in financial market products used by companies and their associated risks. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Business Administration. * Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in commercial relations with large companies, handling commercial and treasury financial products and risks. * Advanced level in Office software. * Knowledge: general financial and economic principles, derivatives. * Intermediate level of English.
