Advisory services on mutual fund and APV products for executives and clients. **Job Description** ---------------------- Administradora General de Fondos is seeking a Mutual Funds Regional Coordinator. Target Management Responsible for achieving the targets set for the regional sub-management offices under your supervision, managing autonomously while maintaining close and direct relationships with the Sub-Manager, regional team, agents, platform managers, and business executives, with the objective of positioning our products and achieving results. Commercial Management Propose, develop, and implement commercial initiatives aimed at increasing sales of marketed products and meeting quarterly targets. Manage the budget efficiently when executing actions for commercial activity development and sales incentives. Branch Network Management Coordinate with the Sub-Manager and regional team the actions to be carried out across various branches to meet established targets. Conduct nationwide visits to the branch network to identify branch requirements. Participate in agent meetings to present progress, productivity, and quarterly commercial strategies. Lead, develop, and implement commercial initiatives across the branch network to incentivize and promote the sale of mutual funds (FFMM) and APV, thereby fulfilling the annual budget of Administradora General de Fondos. Training Programs Design, develop, and implement training and coaching programs for the branch network. Develop market knowledge and its impact on products. Technical product training and sales techniques training, aligned with the business executives’ accreditation level. Provide ongoing support for updating topics related to the business executive’s role and the branch network in connection with our products and business. Motivational workshops and coaching sessions. Prepare and distribute support reports for the branch network. Activity Coordination Coordinate and conduct joint activities with partner companies, together with the responsible departments, to strengthen ties with the Administrator. Investment Advisory Provide advisory services on FFMM and APV products to business executives across the branch network and to end customers. Plan and conduct customer talks and activities to promote the offering. Plan and conduct customer talks and activities to promote the product offerings of Administradora General de Fondos. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with current regulations by training and promoting such regulations among BancoEstado’s branch network and other placement agents. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * CMV certification. * Commercial or Civil Engineer, or Executive Engineer in Finance, or equivalent degree with four years or more of study. * Willingness to travel within and outside Santiago. * Class B driver’s license.
