This is an excellent opportunity to join as a **Financial Controller**, directly participating in monitoring results, budgets, KPIs, and decision-making. **Compensation:** $1\.800\.000 – $2\.300\.000 CLP per month, depending on experience **Location:** Chile **Schedule:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site, hybrid, or flexible according to business needs **Contract Type:** To be determined based on experience and availability Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage financial and accounting information. * Prepare financial and management reports. * Analyze revenues, costs, expenses, and budget variances. * Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts. * Monitor financial indicators and KPIs. * Prepare analyses to support decision-making. * Participate in monthly and annual financial closings. * Review reconciliations and financial variances. * Identify risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities. * Support internal and external audit processes. * Coordinate financial information across various company departments. * Propose improvements to processes and internal controls. * Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of financial information.
