At Farmacias Ahumada, we are looking to hire a Category Planner to join our Commercial Management team, playing a key role in optimizing store space, assortment strategy, and our customers' shopping experience. Job Mission Optimize the planning and management of product display spaces, ensuring accurate planogram execution and collaborating with Commercial and Category Management teams to define assortment and category segmentation that maximizes sales and customer experience. What will be your main challenges? Plan and execute updates for assigned categories according to the commercial calendar. Design, review, and implement planograms in sales areas, ensuring their correct execution. Prepare reports and analyses of metrics related to planogramming, category performance, and market trends. Develop planograms for commercial campaigns and monitor their implementation across points of sale. Manage planogram coverage loading in SAP and monitor stock availability linked to displays. What are we looking for? Analytically oriented individuals with strong attention to detail. Ability to interpret information and translate it into commercial decisions. Planning, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills. Interest in retail, category management, and optimization of commercial space. Requirements University degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, Executive Engineering, or Business Administration Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in planogramming (MANDATORY) Advanced Excel proficiency Proactive, organized profile with a high sense of responsibility.
