We are seeking a **SUPPLIER ANALYST**. If you are analytical, organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented, we invite you to join our team. ### **Responsibilities** * Manage and analyze supplier information to validate accurate recording of the company’s liabilities. * Document and perform analyses of supplier accounts, ensuring compliance with agreed commitments and correct accounting of associated documentation. * Analyze volume-based discounts (PI) in coordination with the Procurement department. * Maintain control and safekeeping of documentation required under current legal, tax, and audit regulations. * Keep an orderly and up-to-date record of all analyses performed and their supporting documents. * Support administrative tasks related to the role. * Implement and properly maintain Newrest Chile’s Integrated Management System (IMS). * Perform other duties inherent to the position as required by operational needs or management directives. ### **Requirements** * Professional degree in Accounting and Auditing or related field. * Training or knowledge in Financial Management. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * SAP experience. * Strong organizational and planning skills. * Mathematical and financial aptitude. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Rigor and attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment to service quality. * Discretion and confidentiality in handling information. ### **Minimum Experience** * At least 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience in service companies, retail, logistics procurement, or related sectors. ### **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for continuous learning and training. * On-site meals. * Compensation Fund.
