We invite you to participate in the selection process for the position of Training and Development Analyst, to be based at Doñihue Food Processing Plant, Pudahuel.
The purpose of this role is to manage training programs and implement corporate-level organizational development and performance management initiatives, contributing to employee development, change management, and strengthening organizational culture—while adhering to the organization’s quality behaviors and values.
**Main Responsibilities:**
Coordinate and administer training programs and allocated resources, supporting employee development through job-specific training frameworks.
Implement corporate-level organizational development and performance management initiatives (RDI and GDI).
Guide employee development plans across the organization.
Collect, analyze, and manage data related to workplace environments and employee experience.
Support managers and area supervisors on leadership, communication, feedback, and team management.
Monitor indicators and action plans related to training, development, and workplace climate.
Requirements
Psychology, Business Engineering, or related degree with experience in Organizational Development and People Management. (Mandatory)
Minimum two years’ experience in roles related to Training, Organizational Development, or People Management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of change management, performance management, and workplace environments.
Availability to work administrative hours, Monday through Friday.
