We are looking for **Full-Time Store Managers for our branches in Laguna, Chicureo, and Chamisero.** Your mission will be to ensure operational success during your shift through active leadership and rigorous control of kitchen processes, aligning your team with company protocols to deliver superior service and customer care. Some of your responsibilities may include: * Maintaining quality and service standards in the store. * Ensuring product availability, quality, presentation, and preparation according to defined specifications and work procedures. * Supporting supplier reception. * Assisting with invoice entry, purchase orders (POs), and inventory management. * Providing timely support for issues, offering clear assistance and responses to those who require them. * Controlling and supervising proper cleaning and sanitation of equipment, surfaces, and food within the work area. * Authorizing merchandise exchanges. * Conducting onboarding and training for new employees. * Motivating the work team. Requirements: ✅ Availability for rotating shifts. ✅ Technical degree in Business Administration or related field. ✅ At least 1 year of experience leading teams and stores in the gastronomy or retail sector. ✅ Knowledge of the retail industry (mandatory). ✅ Experience managing personnel and leading teams.
