At BancoEstado Insurance Brokerage, we are seeking a People Analyst responsible for executing, managing, and analyzing HR department processes, contributing to the achievement of the annual plan of the Deputy Management of People and Sustainability. Position Objective Execute and coordinate organizational development initiatives, talent management, and culture, ensuring alignment with department-defined objectives. Main Responsibilities Coordinate and execute recruitment and selection processes Design and implement the Training Plan (DNC) Manage the performance management model Support organizational climate and culture management Coordinate corporate events Support change management initiatives Manage area reporting and documentation Support People Department projects and initiatives Position Requirements (MANDATORY) Professional degree of at least 8 semesters (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Engineering, or related field) Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles Experience in: Design and implementation of training plans (DNC) Management of courses under SENCE franchise Implementation of performance management models Intermediate-level Excel proficiency Advanced knowledge of SENCE **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience implementing performance management models * Professional degree of at least 8 semesters (Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Engineering, or related field) * Management of courses under SENCE franchise * Design and implementation of training plans (DNC) This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
