Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Engineer to ensure the continuity and stability of platforms by resolving incidents and improving infrastructure, applications, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and support operational continuity of Linux and Windows environments. 2. Analyze and resolve incidents on servers, applications, and networks. 3. Support .NET, IIS, SQL Server, MariaDB, Active Directory, and SSO applications. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure platform continuity and stability by resolving incidents and improving infrastructure, applications, and integrations. * Manage and support operational continuity of Linux and Windows environments. * Analyze and resolve incidents on servers, applications, networks, databases, and integrations. * Support applications developed in .NET and services deployed on IIS. * Perform queries and analysis in SQL Server and support MariaDB environments. * Review connectivity, networks, and TCP/IP communications. * Support Active Directory and SSO authentication mechanisms on Azure/Microsoft and Google. * Review and maintain integrations via APIs and Web Services. * Document solutions and participate in technological improvements and implementations. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Practical experience working with Linux in production environments. * Technical or professional education in Computer Science, Computing, Information Systems, or related field. * Experience working with APIs, Web Services, or system integrations. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted through Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
