Position Description: As a Human Resources intern at Europcar, you will play a key role in the company's administrative area, supporting our employees and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Main Responsibilities: 1. Assist in administratively managing all personnel documentation in an organized manner. 2. Provide assistance and respond to employee inquiries, properly directing any arising requests. 3. Collaborate in carrying out administrative procedures such as severance payments, compensation funds, medical leaves, among others. 4. Contribute to recording and tracking employee attendance. Required Skills: * Active student pursuing a degree in Human Resources. * Organized and meticulous individual when handling documentation. * Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. * Oriented toward internal customers, demonstrating skills in addressing and resolving inquiries. * Basic knowledge of administrative processes related to human resources. Conditions: * Work schedule: 45 hours per week. * Availability to work on-site at our offices in Enea-Pudahuel.
