Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional Bartender with solid mixology experience and in-depth knowledge of piscos and beers to serve as a technical and commercial reference within the Horeca channel. If you are passionate about bartending, enjoy teaching, leading trainings, and aspire to be a technical reference for Horeca customers and teams, this opportunity is for you. **What will be your objective?** --------------------------- To serve as the technical and commercial specialist for our **pisco and beer categories**, supporting Horeca channel development through trainings, on-site coaching, brand activations, and service experiences that drive sales and strengthen relationships with our customers. Your mission will be to contribute to: * Increasing sales of Pisco Tabernero, Cultura Pisco 38°, and imported beers Mahou, Alhambra, and Paulaner. * Enhancing product knowledge among front-of-house and bar teams. * Improving portfolio turnover. * Creating memorable experiences for end customers. * Strengthening Horeca customer loyalty. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Conduct hands-on trainings for bartenders, waiters, dining room managers, and administrators. * Teach service techniques, suggestive selling, upselling, and food-and-beverage pairings. * Deliver on-site coaching during service hours. * Prepare and present tastings, sensory evaluations, and masterclasses. * Represent La Vinoteca and its brands at events, product launches, and brand activations. * Advise clients on building and optimizing beverage menus. * Identify commercial opportunities and support the sales team. * Share trends in mixology, beer, and spirits with clients and teams. * Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to refine our commercial proposition. **Candidate Profile** ----------------------- * Proven experience as a Professional Bartender. * Knowledge of classic and craft mixology. * Familiarity with piscos, spirits, and premium beers. * Experience delivering trainings or team development (desirable). * Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking before groups. * Strong commercial and service orientation. * Availability to work primarily on-site and undertake occasional regional travel. * Valid driver's license (desirable). **We especially value individuals who can sell, inspire, and teach**, transforming technical knowledge into experiences that generate higher sales for our customers. **Position Conditions** ------------------------- * Primarily field-based work, based in Santiago. * Regular visits to Horeca channel clients. * Participation in events, trainings, and brand activations. * Constant interaction with bar, front-of-house, and client teams.
