Join us and together build an inclusive future.'Employment Conditions: Location: San Bernardo, Región Metropolitana.Salary: $400.000 CLP net for the period worked.Contract Duration: From June 04 to June 21, 2026.Shift: Fixed Night Shift from 22:00 to 08:00 hrs (5x2 schedule).Benefits: Commuter buses provided by the client.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee mandatory attendance registration (entries and exits) for all night-shift staff.Conduct regular patrols and inspections within the Distribution Center to ensure operators are performing their assigned tasks.Mitigate unauthorized movement and improper conduct by staff within the DC premises.Coordinate required operational and dispatch activities to fulfill shift objectives.Requirements: Mandatory: Proven experience supervising night-shift personnel, preferably in logistics, retail, or manufacturing.
